At Selah Botanicals, we care deeply about your experience and the quality of our natural products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products (personal care and hygiene items), we do not accept returns of opened or used products for safety and hygiene reasons.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at: sales@selahbotanicals.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
Refunds
If your request is approved, we will offer one of the following:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund to your original payment method
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at the email above.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used deodorants
- Opened or used creams
- Any personal care products once used
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, your order may already be processed or shipped.
Shipping Issues
Selah Botanicals is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, if your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.
